Cancellation Policy
- Reservation confirmation will be sent to you by the experience booking site.
- To change the date, please contact the experience booking site and they will check with the experience provider. A change fee may apply.
- Changes or cancellations made up to one month in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- No-show is not refundable.
- If you arrive more than 1 hour after your reservation time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.
- If you are unable to attend due to inclement weather or natural disaster, please contact the experience booking site and they will check with the experience provider to see if a refund is possible.
- If the experience plan is cancelled by the experience provider, you will be refunded the full amount of your participation fee.
- Repeatedly change your reservation schedule, the experience booking site may decline your application for a reservation.
